that isn't obvious.. I thought you had mentioned debating all over the world? threatening to do something in that context gives no merit to the claim. it's called bluffing. it's a common defensive strategy to feign a desired effect.

Edit: but the only reason to believe that Aldo's rib wasn't actually broken is because dana said that a different x-ray existed. Aldo threatened to sue for defamation because that alternative x-ray never existed. If it really did exist, Dana knows that obviously because he is the one who is supposed to have it, so that bluff would make absolutely no sense.

jose is no one in my eyes. he pulled out of the fight... and has pulled out of 5 title fights. he is the challenger in every sense of the word... mcgregor is bringing in the viewers and a belt of his own. having a "Real" belt or no belt means nothing if other fighters have better skills. people seem to think having a belt makes them special but it's not that black and white.

sure it is, aldo is undefeated in 10 years, has defended the UFC belt 7 times, and has faced the top competition in the weight class since WEC, now compare it to mcgregors. Its blatantly obvious who the real champ. Being champ has nothing to do with viewers. Has to do with wins and competition, aldo has a huge edge in both of those. No reason to disagree as mcgregor has only been with a top company for 2 years....
