Just got back from a good lift.

Did 10 mins skipping and 10 mins on the jacobs ladder and 10 mins on the treadmill too.

Jacob's ladder way harder than I remember, going to do that more often for sure.

Yeah, gym has one its pretty insane. It drains you're cardio.

Its the kind of cardio that makes your lungs burn so bad.

Thats definitely true.

It's nothing but excitement until the day of.

Then you get this depressed, scared, nervous feeling.

But once you get in there and start throwing down its fine.

Yep.

I get nervous up until the moment I step on the mat. Then it's go time and nothing matters but destroying the dude in front of you.

Hey guys,

Did 4 miles on the treadmill today.

Really just dogging it out until summer. I can't wait to abuse the nice weather.

Going on a nature walk with my gf and her dog tomorrow, should be fun if weather permits.

Will be great to go for runs with her dog in the summer to, go to the park and just tear the place up.

Going to be buying a bicycle probably this weekend. Should be great to mix up my cardio. I'm so sick of the treadmill.

I also play a lot of tennis with friends which is great fun, exercise and probably footwork and cardio just because of all the starting and stopping.

Still gotta hit that goal of 200lbs by June.

No fucking around.
