They're laughing at this whole thing, but they both lie, and ignore facts that don't suit them.

The CSAC doesn't take or even handles the samples, they merely accompany the WADA lab people to oversee procedures.

As for the delay, don't forget how swamped WADA accredited labs are, they run tests on athletes from every sports and once they recieve the samples, there's over a week or two of waiting in line to test the samples.

Then, the book on the proper way of doing every test is so complex and complete, procedures slow down testing.

WADA is the best testing you can get, but the real price for it is speed. Hopefully as we keep getting more and more positive results, it's the athletes who fold and stop using, instead of the UFC that stops testing
