No. Overeem has always been garbage. His "prime" was fully roided UFC form, and his record there speaks for itself.

His K1 victory was agaisnt smaller opponents where he was incredibly roided.

I'm not even going to bother talking about what a non-accomplishment being SF champion is.

His MMA record is padded as it possibly can be with cans, and he's still won only 38 out of 53 fights. The only high level competitor he beat was belfort, due to stylisticly bad matchup where belfort played into overeems strengths.
