Fun note: got a call from Larry bird's attorney last year being threatened to be sued for defamation because we made a drinking team shirt with him on it for a homecoming event at college.

So....... Can A Brazillian sue an American in Brazillian court? Dont you have to have residence in the US to do this?

Also.... How is he going to prove that what they are saying effects his income?

Not really... he's not the challenger... challengers will still be there once he healed up.

Are you dumb? If fighter makes "x" (amount of money) and fights "y" ( times per year). X*(y•2 )> x•y

Pulling out of fights means he doesn't get payed for that fight which does effect his income
