Likely... its pretty straightforward to demonstrate its premeditated. He actually trespassed with intent to commit a felony. If Colby presses charges the courts won't go easy on him.

I think he will, yeah. He has video evidence of him bragging about how great he is at sucker punching people and running away, he also uploaded a video of him admitting he did this to colby.. so he’s 100% getting convicted just not sure what his punishment will be

They’ll probably work something out to where the charges will drop if masvidal pays for the damages to his tooth/watch but idk if he’s even pressing charges yet
