Your wording says you will confirm when he does and you never confirmed back. That's why he took a different bet because you never responded. The bet is not binding because you did not fully C/D the bet, you said you WILL c/d this, and you did not c/d it after.

I did fully cd the bet, once MattBrown CD’ed my cd post, it became binding. as mentioned to Hasbullah in pm if Tyron won the fight I would have Insta-sent 1250fg without hesitation. This was CD’ed by both parties

You didn't confirm the bet, you asked him if he would confirm it. He confirmed it and then you never c/d back. Saying you can do the bet doesn't mean you made the bet, because you didn't. You're just making yourself look like a scammer now, and you can be blacklisted for that.

The part we don’t agree on is that my cd-including post is me actually cd’ing, not implying a future cd post necessary by me again. this is why once you CD’ed my cd-post, we were both CD’ed. but it’s fine that you see it differently. We need clarification on this.
