Jon Anik announces Fabricio Werdum will face Walt Harris on the #UFC216 main card tonight. Harris was supposed to face Mark Godbeer.

that's interesting that they would do that seeing as it's not even a co-main / main event
good on werdum i reckon and gives Harris a chance to jump the leader boards a bit.. sucks for godbeer

i'm sure they'll pay him, just misses out on win bonus / performance of the night etc opportunities and it sets back his time table on climbing rankings

Confirmed Werdum will now fight Walt Harris on the PPV main card. Awaiting confirmation whether Harris' original opponent, Mark Godbeer, will be compensated. First reported by FS1.
