Did shoulders/legs at the gym.
15 minutes of Cardio

Probably going to hop on the treadmill later and do an hour or two of cardio just walking fast on an incline.

6 days a week at the gym is really hurting my lifts/spirits but I am seeing results, hopefully my body adjusts soon.

Hit the gym today did Back/Tri's today along with 10 minutes of skipping.

Felt a bit rushed because I had to work but I think I got all my sets in.

Working the next 4 days so I won't be doing any kickboxing training just lifting.

Hit the gym did Chest/Bi's and cardio today. Today is the 13th day in my new workout plan. Thank god no gym tomorrow.

6 Days On 1 Day Off is really starting to hurt. The gains are good though, if I can keep dieting properly shouldn't be an issue to get to hopefully 205lbs walking weight with more muscle.

Won't be able to kick box till Thursday, just got unlucky and ended up working later in the day Mon-Wed this week.

Hit the gym did Legs/Shoulders after my 12 hour shift was a good workout, had to skip my cardio to come home because I have to go to bed at 10pm EST because I work tomorrow at 7am.

Going to make it up either on a day off from work or my day off.

Can't wait to kick box tomorrow, its been almost a week ugh.

Hopefully going to see if someone will record some of my training.

How much are you weighing, 2-weeks in?

I know your goal is 230 -> 205, just thought I'd check in!

My best weight in the morning was 225lbs a few times.

I think the volume of lifting is slowing the cutting process but I definitely look a lot better. Losing fat gaining muscle keeping me balanced sort of.

I am actually fabbing up a picture of me from May 2011 compared to one now. It's pretty disgusting, I can't believe I let that shit happen.
