My best weight in the morning was 225lbs a few times.
I think the volume of lifting is slowing the cutting process but I definitely look a lot better. Losing fat gaining muscle keeping me balanced sort of.
I am actually fabbing up a picture of me from May 2011 compared to one now. It's pretty disgusting, I can't believe I let that shit happen.

If someone could photoshop those 3 into one picture I would really appreciate it. I will donate fg aswell. I forgot I reformatted and lost my PS.
If anyone does can they put the dates below or on each picture very clearly so I can print it off.
