If you like watching a guy dry hump another guy, that's on you. Plus Machida's style is beneficial in the win column and the brain. The object is to not get hit, not end up like James Toney speaking like a retard and what not.

you could argue toney was a better counter puncher than machida. at least he was more entertaining to watch. machida does fight smart and well, but he's the most boring stand up fighter.

I'll admit a few of his fights have been pretty boring, the Ortiz fight comes to mind for sure. If his fight goes to a decision, it's going to be a boring fight. His style is effective no doubt.. can't knock him for that.
