Could be. But he has it ALL over his face, and generally people outgrow acne by the age of 18. I had horrible acne my junior year in HS, but by the time I went to college, I had no acne whatsoever. Now that I'm in my 20's, I don't know anyone that's Rory's age that even has mild acne.
