bisping makes it hard to root for him. Everyone talks shit on conor for not defending, but this dude fought hendo, who we all love but know he for sure shouldn't have gotten a title shot given how many contenders were ready. Then he sat back and watched whittaker behead his two true contenders while getting injured and having to sit out. Conor will prob have 2 title defenses before bisping ever gets a ''real'' defense.

Bisping has faced 2 real good MMA wrestlers, lost to both. Both losses were decisions one split to Rashad one unanimous to Chael.

Now before "BUT THE SIZE DIFFERENCE!!!!" GSP is a technical wrestler. He relies on level changes and timing and is the very best to ever do it imo.

Bisping was struggling with Chael's bull rush, he did much better than I expected but still lost.

I don't believe GSP would come back ill prepared. He's one of the smartest fighters on the roster.

You're comparing a gsp that hasn't fought in years and looked progressively worse and worse in his last several fights to a prime Chael whom was twice gsp' s size that openly stated he was on every PED on the market. You're talking about a bisping from 10-15 years ago when you mention the rashad fight lol. Bisping has looked better than ever in each of his last multiple fights and you're failing to even acknowledge the fact that gsp is going up a weight class.

You are aware he won UNANIMOUS decisions vs hendo and Anderson right? Bisping is much larger than the guys gsp is used to fighting and a much better technical striker than the guys that made gsp' s face look like ground beef. If this fight were 10 years ago I'd say it definitely favors gsp but it's hard to see gsp winning this coming off such a long break and bisping looking better and more motivated than ever.

What did Georges always say? If he were to move up he needed time to change his body. I assume he has been working on adjusting to MW for longer than we think.

Will the lay off cause him problems? Possible, but again he's got the best coaches and trainers helping him. I trust Firas to not put FSP in a place he's at a huge disadvantage.
