Thanks Kodie.

Yeah, won't be fighting for a while, it is incredibly draining on my body. I just don't sleep/think right when I have one coming up.

Going to just train hard, eat right and enjoy life a bit more.

Nice work mang. Just keep on improving the way you are, and I see the next one being a winner aswell :)

Thanks! :D

Guys turns out my kickboxing gym is being relocated so I won't be able to train in that sense.

In the mean time finally back to lifting(god I missed it) and just cardio on the treadmill/skipping rope.

Also on another note I feel I might not have the 'killer' instinct fighters have. Just didn't feel it in the last 2 fights at all.

We'll see how I feel about competing in the future.

Nothing to really update guys.

Been lifting and running.

Eating pretty well, my weight is up a bit I think due to being back in the gym lifting weights again.

I had about a month of pure cardio between my last 2 fights.

Our club is still in transition so no where to train still, blah.

Been hitting the gym hard, cardio is fading. Need to get back on track.

Going to be buying a bicycle soon for the summer, looking to bike a lot more because I am so sick of just jogging.

The instinct... really every fighter is scared before a fight... what differentiate a real fighter from the rest is the desire to persevere and be the best even though you are scared.

1. Our club needs to find a new location so I haven't been training cuz our club is moving.
2. Don't know if I have the drive to fight people. I love training but for now I don't know if I will be fighting I might not have it.

Yeah, maybe its just my lack of experience working against me. I love to compete, but I don't love to get punched out.

There is many things I can compete in where I don't get punched out.

Maybe I just need more training and a lot more hard sparring to get me used to it.

I definitely will train for a long time, years. Sticking with Muay Thai mainly for now will bounce to ground fighting eventually I'm sure.

For now I am uncertain of my fighting future.
