Cejudo is getting a little overjoyed. Right away when he said he was going to switch classes and Dj wouldn't have to. Lol

Really, yeah cejudo had takedowns, but there was nothing that significant in the takedowns as Dj said. He wasn't getting close to any types of submissions or massive ground + pounds, he just kind of held him down. Which, still gets you points, but it's not the same.

I don't really see Cejudo being as big, or becoming as big as some people are claiming him to be.

But who knows, maybe I'll be proven wrong. That happens a lot in my MMA predictions. Lol

Mighty mouse isn't really a big name, a lot of casual fans probably barely know him or have never heard of him. Cejudo will be the same way, there just isn't as much of a draw with watching 125 lb midgets fighting

Judges need to stop giving so much points and shit to takedowns if you do nothing with them...its like most wrestlers now just try to take people down and hug people on the ground doing nothing cuz they know they will win that way.

Its kinda unfair to strikers as well if u got a wrestlers whos average at best but hes a beast to just take people down then hell win most of his fights just from that alone without even giving people damage lol

(or when somebody dominate somebody for 4 mins with kicks and stuff for 4mins+ and get taken down last min and they lost round cuz of that its stupid)

yes wrestlers are favored for some reason, and no damage for some reason is less important in winning a fight than "control".

It has always been that way. Unfortunately takedown defenses don't count for shit either which is ridiculous. If you stuff 10 takedowns it's worth less points in a judge's eyes than that 1 takedown that does get completed.

They should deduct points for missed strikes and failed takedown attempts
