Forget about that, that won't happen. The first KO was methodically prepared and well executed. I saw it coming from the very start of 2nd round
The second fight was all Wiedman, and Anderson broke his leg not by accident, but because he kicked too hard against someone who checked his kicks expertedly and repeatedly.
Edit: you're such a huge fan of Overeem, following him since his pride and K1 days, I thought you'd have basic kickboxing knowledge by now.
Weidman his striking is VERY sloppy... he ONLY caught Anderson cause he literally was literally dropping his body backwards and making funny faces to taunt him...
Then he didn't step back, he just tried to avoid it with his upper body movement... which doesn't work against someone with reach like Weidman.
He knows he made that mistake... that won't happen again...
Second fight... that can happen to the best honestly and it IS a accident.
Weidman did a good job blocking the kicks and it was honestly a mistake of Anderson to not set his kicks up... but the way it broke on the hard part of the knee is just bad luck.
For example Spong is one of the very best kickboxers ever... and it happened to him as well shortly after it happened to Anderson.
The only thing that has me worried is that age caught up with Anderson and we don't know how he comes back from the broken leg.
It's gonna be a huge mental thing to overcome.
Either way, Weidman is the deserving champ, but people surely overrate those 2 wins against Anderson.
First they where indeed flukes and second Anderson is for sure out of his prime unfortunately.
