Rodriguez, 42, was recently arrested for an alleged sexual assault that happened on May 3 in San Antonio, according to TMZ Sports.
According to the police report, Rodriguez assaulted the alleged victim multiple times, slapping her in the head out of anger. Rodriguez also allegedly forced her to wear a dress and dance for him.

According to the report, Rodriguez threatened her when she refused, telling her not to cry. He allegedly threatened to drop her son off somewhere in the middle of the road if she did not comply.

The woman went to the police and had her alleged injuries photographed. Rodriguez is thought to be in custody at the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, though the full extent of his charges are currently unknown.
