Finally after what, 9 years of obscurity he finally getting decent again

Damn jake roberts promo was fire. I never thought that he was still that damn good in promos after all those years of substance abuse

Who the fuck wants to see jake the snake roberts cutting promos? I mean great for him cleaning his act up, getting clean and basically saving his life.

But cmon man
Dude hasnt been relevant in wrestling legit since mid 90s
Trying to sit through the promo why he gasped for air also didnt help, thought he was gonna drop any second

Also how many retired scrubs is he gonna employee in this company? I mean is this aew or wcw 2.0? Arn-ddp-now jake the snake in less then 2 months

would you rather see a guy properly using his craft like roberts with his promo skills
or see goldberg squashing wyatt/owens while the guy is a part timer at 53

i like how aew use legends to establish new talent/current talent instead of making them going over for a quick buck like wwe has been doing

I like the few legends they have used but when i saw jake i literally said aloud wtf lol. Was random to me then again it wasnt because he is a ddp guy and ddp has been around.
I personally enjoy watching aew most of the time just lil different. Hate some of their guys and stuff they do but im a hater on all wrestling anymore. Aint what it used to be

To me aew is the closest thing to the attitude/nitro era we got. There is stuff im not fan of (cassidy, young bucks matches (always look the same Thats what i dont like about them), private party(good athletes that are too small to look credible vs big guys), marko stunt, BRANDI RHODES (most useless on screen character in the company). Outside of this we got some gems (jericho new character, sammy g, adam page, mjf(my favorite for sure), cody, pac, omega, darby and a few more.

The product got flavor and just need to drop a few guys and add a few more stuff/guys (revival when they sign there, a few more big guys who can move, a smaller guys title, a better women division, brandi getting the simpson pouchy ending, maybe a color commentator if they can find one, some kind of working relationship with njpw and more). So far what we got with aew caught my attention and i restarted watching pro wrestling 2 hours per just to watch this and njpw ppv's)

Im never watching wwe again

Dynamite has legit been on fire lately and blowing anything Vince has put out. NXT isnt even a challenge in ratings anymore, theyre too focused on their small niche of fans and pushing random guys nobody ever heard of
