You have some valid points in there for sure. Maybe pampered isnt the right word but he was definitely given more opportunities than the rest of the HW division at the time. Its not like i dont understand the business end of it. He is a draw and a fairly large one at that. I guess I am just a little biased toward fighters whom I feel are given opportunities that they didnt earn.
I completely agree. He did get thrown right into a title fight he didn't deserve. But he won it and defended the belt a couple times so it's not like he wasn't at least a good overall fighter.
I enjoy watching lesnar because he is a world class athlete and he went to the UofM so I knew him before he went to the wwe. I honestly think if he would have started younger it would have been super impressive. I don't think his striking is as bad as others say, but I understand why they say it when the guy takes one punch and looks like he needs to run away.
