they did some really smart things tho, by not having the stupid kid the midget and their dinosaur on the first show, or that librarian or the drag queen dude, those people would have most certainly made a mockery out of their attempt to start a ratings war. id say probably the only downside to the show was a major lack of storyline building, and some commentary issues, like when moxley attacked omega they needed to say something to explain that the ref obviously wasnt calling the match because it was the first main event ever on tnt, so that people would atleast understand why there was no dq.
8/10 for that, and nxt id say like a 6 because of their obvious attempts to outdue aew, like running the show 15 mins past its end time to try and steal viewership lol.
on a side note: you can tell jake hager was totally rethinking his entire life after the response he got, he probly never got near as big of a pop his entire time in wwe, he looked like he had no idea how to respond to it either lmao, so confused.
