In addition to introducing the Wild Card rule to the brand split, WWE is also trying to boost television ratings in less noticeable ways.
For one thing, there is a slight delay in uploading RAW clips to YouTube. Before, WWE would start uploading clips during RAW but the company is now waiting until after the show goes off the air.
WWE has also added banners to Twitter videos that encourage fans to watch RAW live:
😂 These dumb fucks think people follow their channel live
Doesnt matter what they do as long as Raw and SD continue being garbage. I can barely stomach 30 minutes of either before I change the channel
As long as the McMahons continue putting themselves on TV, shit wont improve. Period.
Cant wait for AEW, apparently they have a huge TV deal but not releasing détails atm
They wait for the proper time to release the tv deal announcement (probably at double or nothing)
for wwe they are responsible for all their problems by giving a bad product.
they are going the same route that wcw did in their last days (a bit less chaotic but pretty similar)
AEW basically got the stick in their hands now, they just need to give a solid alternative to wwe and we will get some solid competition and maybe a real change into the wwe product that has been crap for years. Its a good thing to have a buzz surrounding the company but now they need to live up to the hype in order to get the fans.
The amount of talent that wants to leave the company is enormous, a lot of talent refuse to sign with them since they wouldnt have the creativity they need to make their character works and wwe still cant see that they are going to take a massive blow if AEW lives up to the hype. They promised changes and yet they are doing the same thing that they have been doing for years.
