It's better this way. We could play he said she said all year long getting the dirty laundry out in public, lawyer statements in court will be cleaner and more decisive.

Still, considering how starved for cash the UFC has acted these last 2 years, I doubt they decided to head into a, legal battle with better funded Viacom if there was a good chance they'd never sell a ppv with him on it.
