He submitted to the test immediately, and then got suspicious of the guy afterwards. It's crazy to think that his whole plan for avoiding popping positive was to rely on that guy not applying for the correct visa

In the testing rules fighters are allowed to miss 2 tests per year. He could have had someone on lookout for the tester and just hide from him--and suffer no penalties whatsoever. If his plan was to dodge a test, that would have been a far better and more obvious plan...
And the new testing standards apply to all fighters signed by the ufc, year round, even when they don't have a fight scheduled. He'll probably be tested anyway.
And the UFC had their own doctors look at his injury and confirm it already...
Sucks that the fight is canceled but UFC conspiracy guys gotta relax. Jose Aldo obviously did not give up the two biggest paydays of his life because he was scared or didn't cycle properly
