And unfortunately he's rarely quick. He's had few good moments but overall I don't really like him at all :/
He needs people like Christian to bring out the best in him, even on smackdown the two of them had PPV-quality matches

Orton is as predictable and bland as Cena but he's still bearable. The problem is he needs to be a heel but last time he was the fans cheered for him so much that they were forced to turn him baby-face.
Chances are if he turns heel again, they'll still cheer for him (unless he goes against a stronger face, like maybe Punk).
Not sure if turning him heel is the answer, the crowd loves to cheer him so obviously he's doing something right
He just needs to be doing something other than defending himself against people who are mad because Cena beat them up (ie Kane)

Squash matches are very important for both parts. Monsters learn how to pace matches and connect with the crowd, jobbers learn how to sell (and if faces, gain sympathy from the crowd)
Of course not talking about matches like Sheamus vs DBryan (still mad but the 18 second squash is actually making some sense storyline-wise) but matches like Lord Tensai vs A-Ry
