Did they ever come out saying they never got offered a contract? cyborg said she was offered an 8 fight contract but couldn't make 135 that many times that doctor only allowing her to do it 3 times lol what's the point then?

the UFC contracts aren't based on just past fights and how good the person is. It's marketability. Rousey is far more marketable than justino
