Sounds like DB v2. Even IF she somehow gets healthy again in the future, no way do they clear her. Sucks.

If she's on TV at least in a manager role (for a main eventer guy) or like backtage interviewer++many more role a la René Young style too I would like it

She'll probably be the mouthpiece/manager for Absolution, they wouldn't be stupid enough to switch her out for someone else.

In an update on Paige’s status with WWE, she has reportedly been deemed “medically disqualified” to compete following her recent injury. There is said to be no talk about Paige leaving the company and the belief is that she will be given a new role now that she can no longer wrestle. Paige is expected to be at RAW tonight but it’s unknown if she will be announcing her retirement.
