Sup Guys,

Did 20 minutes of HIIT cardio this morning.

Then went to class and did 45 minutes of drills and 45 minutes of sparring. Ended class early because the other guys my size left early so I had no one to spar with >.<

Feeling good :D

I use my treadmill at home or at the gym.

I do the following-

1 minute walking
2 minute sprinting (9.0 MPH)
1 minute walking
2 minute sprinting (9.0 MPH)
1 minute walking
2 minute sprinting (9.0 MPH)
1 minute walking
2 minute sprinting (9.0 MPH)
1 minute walking
2 minute sprinting (9.0 MPH)
1 minute walking
2 minute sprinting (9.0 MPH)
2 Minutes Walking

Total of 20 minutes.

So I do twice as many rounds as I fight and try to prepare my anaerobic system for 2 minutes of fighting.

I might change this to only do 3 rounds with faster sprinting and a bit of incline.

Edit- I will be using a track in the summer, I live like 3 minutes from a highschool with a nice outdoor track.

Gotta work 11am-9pm. I was gonna hit the treadmill in the morning but we got like 2 feet of snow.

Shoveled my driveway+sidewalk and now my legs are like jello. So ill run after work.

Afk work!

Back from work. Long day.

Did 15 minutes walking 3.5 MPH and 6.0 Incline.

Then did 10 minutes HIIT.

Tomorrow is normally off/cheat day but I plan on doing a bunch of cardio, really wanna be 215 for the fight. Not quite there >.<

3 in 3 is crazy, hard work pays off. Can't tell me you wouldn't smash the kid you used to be!

I'm gonna be in the gym everyday. I want to win my division by submitting all my opponents this time around.

Seriously, I plan on dropping my division on it's head.

Thanks buddy. This guy is going to the ER, especially since there is knees allowed.

You better smash your division no mercy, be ruthless, make him remember the time he rolled with you like a nightmare.

In other news, coach is being very supportive calling me everyday to make sure I am running and eating well. 5 more days boys!
