True true. My shoulders are really weird, I got very loose joints (can pop my arm out of the joint, no pain). Doing fly's hurts my shoulders often, a tendon between my shoulder and pec (under front delt?) hurts like a mofo.

I think he's got his reasons for it, and I kind of agree with him a little bit for overhead press. He's a shit ton more experienced than me or most people on here.
