Turned out to be Carlos running from Nick for 25 minutes, good job backing up your talk Carlos, and turning a potential FOTY candidate into a pathetic display of why Greg Jackson is ruining MMA.

fo real though, i lost a lot of respect for condit that fight...in the words of my girlfriend "condit is a real wiener"

he might actually beat diaz in a marathon....but never in a street fight.

Condit is one of the few fighters that always comes to fight, as is Nick. That night, instead of actually FIGHTING Nick, he executed a pathetic gameplan by Greg Jackson that consisted of throwing baby leg kicks and running the entire duration of the fight. When has he EVER done that in the past? Please, show me one example.

I'm still a fan of Condit's, but that was an incredibly boring fight thanks to Condit/Greg Jackson.

I gained a lot of respect for Cerrone after he lost to Nate, because realistically, Cerrone could have done the exact same thing Condit didto Nate, seeing as how Nate's fighting style is very similar to Nick's. Instead, he actually came to fight, and although he got his ass kicked, it was an exciting fight.

eh you guys regardless of how he won, he landed more shots and out scored diaz, he deserved the win regardless of the fight being boring. diaz should have realized that was his gameplan later on in the fight and tried to take him to the ground where he could close the gap, the fault lies with diaz.

diaz deserved to lose even if condits style was boring.

I didn't say I thought Nick won, just that Condit, who is usually an exciting fighter that brings the fight to you like Nick does, executed an incredibly boring Greg Jackson gameplan, which is uncharacteristic of him.

And the Octagon is fucking HUGE. It's hard to take someone down when they're literally sprinting away from you for most of the fight. If the fight took place in a Pride ring, it would have played out much differently.
