He can only cut the promo where its personal feuds to the point where he becomes angry unless he is a heel
He cant cut the sympathique babyfaces promos where it doesnt require angryness or screaming because his character requires to stay a badass and he dont know how to remain a badass while getting sympathy
RKO outta nowhere thing they failed to capitalize on that but they also arent even turning him heel

Reigns would be rly entertaining as a heel, they keep him face, even tho hes somewhat a heel already just doesnt act like one
