Yeah, I had a hard time getting myself to stretch. I usually do like a cool-down/stretch thing at the end of training.
Bad to stretch cold muscles.. but a proper stretch can do wonders for your ability to recover between sessions, not to mention it prevents soreness and injury!

I did about 45 minutes of sparring and it seemed to knock the kink right out of it.
Also did a 30 minute drill warm up with skipping and the heavy bag.
Coach also said "Were sparring every day now, with knees." which makes me happy because the heavy bag is boring as fuck and I love punching people in the face.
