Way to take a fight on short notice! Warrior.

What's your weight right now and what do you plan on fighting at?

Gonna be sick fighting at Stout/Hominick's. It would be cool to have them watch your fights!

Thanks man, I was 216.8 this morning, depending on how it goes hopefully fighting at 215.

Also last time we fought down there in October (I didn't fight) Hominick was the fucking referee.

Would be insane to have him ref my fight.

Edit- Either way def getting a picture with them, coach is really good friends with them so I don't think that will be a problem.

Same, thanks bud.

Didn't do any training yesterday, I worked till 7AM then had to go back to work for 3PM-11PM so I just ate well and tried to walk around lots at work.

Will be training today. Just got back from a 45 minute walk/jog with the girlfriends dog, hes pooped, its cold outside haha.

Did some good training tonight, did 45 minutes of drills and 45 minutes of sparring.

Feel like I'm working hard, we got a couple new guys having their first fights and they are good. Going to be a good showing by our gym I think.

Just did an hour of Muay Thai, went in for a day session on my own really, no one else was around.

Nursing some injuries though, my left shin is bruised and hurts, my back has an awful fucking kink in it and my left calf has been giving me a bit of trouble lately.

I dunno wtf is going on.

Takes soooooo long, I hate spending 15 minutes stretching. I warm up pretty good with skipping and shadow boxing usually.

I always stretch between rounds of training too.

The back kink feels like something from sleeping on it badly.

Yeah, I had a hard time getting myself to stretch. I usually do like a cool-down/stretch thing at the end of training.

Bad to stretch cold muscles.. but a proper stretch can do wonders for your ability to recover between sessions, not to mention it prevents soreness and injury!

Haha, my back is feeling a lot better :D

I did about 45 minutes of sparring and it seemed to knock the kink right out of it.

Also did a 30 minute drill warm up with skipping and the heavy bag.

Coach also said "Were sparring every day now, with knees." which makes me happy because the heavy bag is boring as fuck and I love punching people in the face.
