They prob just re-hired him because they saw he is going to announce to biggest fight/match of all time and they want people to know he works for "WWE" to get more exposure or some shit like that..

Heard that theory too, most likely the reason.

There is speculation that the planned Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar match for Wrestlemania 34 could be taking place at Summerslam instead. A possible reason for this is that WWE wants to boost television ratings and make Summerslam the biggest show possible. Braun Strowman’s injury and early return could also be a factor in WWE considering a change to long-term plans. While Strowman was originally scheduled to be Lesnar’s opponent for Summerslam, Reigns challenging the Universal Champion on RAW gives WWE the opportunity to move in a different storyline direction.

As much as I hate Roman, as long as Lesnar drops the title I'm fine. Such a waste to have a champion who shows up a few times a year.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, this week's edition of Smackdown Live in Dayton, Ohio had a paid attendance of only 3,100 people. It was bad enough that people were moved to one side of the arena and the cameras were careful to only shoot the TV side. You can see a photo of the empty side below

But SD is the better show, right?

who's the guy who said meltzer just says bs

also.

Smackdown is the better show, Raw just has more advertising

The development of smackdown is going somewhere raw has to send their superstars to smackdown to keep relativity .

Other way around LMAO, Smackdown had to send half their roster to do anything.

Meltzer is bs, but at least here there was proof instead of blowing hot air.

On his recent podcast, Eric Bischoff gave his thoughts on WWE doing a rematch for the women's Money in the Bank briefcase:

"I think it’s a bad move. It’s a mistake I’ve made in the past. Sometimes you learn from your mistakes. At least, sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t. When you build up to a big event on PPV and you build up the stakes and you build up the expectation and you basically deliver a screwed finish and then re-match it on free tv… it diminishes the long-term expectation of future big event matches on PPV when that happens. I think it’s a really bad idea. By the way, I’ve done it and the results were always negative."

Gotta agree with this, it might be okay with short term but in the long term it just hurts the gimmick match itself.

Like I said, it's a stupid move and they only do it to attempt to boost Smackdowns really shit numbers. Right now Smackdown needs to start working on this Styles vs Nakamura feud because that's whats gonna get numbers. Not Orton vs Jinder, a shit feud.
