That's irrelevant, health has NOTHING to do when considering someone champ. Miz just hasn't been in many hard hitting matches as people like Cena/Lesnar/Taker/etc, plus he was irrelevant for years and only became a big deal ever since that unscripted promo he did on Bryan.
