While plans could end up changing, the current belief is that it will end up being Stephanie McMahon behind the Kurt Angle scandal storyline. Stephanie has not been on WWE television since Wrestlemania and it's possible that Stephanie's history with Angle from Angle's first WWE run will be brought up as part of her efforts to "ruin" him.
