Nah he's just at that point in his career between getting older and no IV, and earlier weigh ins that he just needs to follow the other guys who bumped up a weight class like cerrone / rda etc
Aldo has the skill and the speed to have success, don't see him getting the belt
But he's an absolute terrible match up for a few guys in the top of the division
