Hopefully we'll have a good event this sunday.
As for Raw and Smackdown.
On Raw, you can clearly see the main event picture. Brock has THE title people wants. Who wants it? Roman, would be legit fight with Brock. Strowman would also be super legit. Both of these want to be the MAIN alphas on Raw and feud because of it. Both wrestle well and can do more than one move (Lesnar).
Right beneath this, we have the sub main event, with Balor, Miz, Rollins, Bray and Ambrose. They have higher goals, and want Brock as well, but during this Roman/Strowman feud, they settle with the Intercontinental title. Now, both titles have great matches around them. As for the Women title, the women on Raw are just.. better. In every aspect of wrestling. Sure, Carmella is fucking hot but that's it. Also, the tag team is way more explosive and fun. And just look at the names I mentioned, and all the names I DIDN'T mention.
On Smackdown, we have a main event picture of Orton, who recently won the title from a person that's now on Raw. He's feuding with Jinder, a poor wrestler. Prior to like three weeks, they probably never did shit together. It seems this is the main picture. Who wants in on it? Corbin, Sami Zayn and Luke Harper, neither of which seems close to being pushed.
The US Title is Kevin Owens', and for some reason, the best guy on Smackdown is after that one (AJ Styles) instead of the title that Orton has. As a side show, and with zero meaning other than potentially building a feud that might as well be meaningless, we have Ziggler and Nakamura against eachother.
All this, with random appearances by Mojo Rawley, randomly winning Andre the Giant and then never wrestle again, Erick Rowan the side kick to Bray who now is on Raw, once a year random appearances by Sin Cara. The only fun part about the combined tag team picture on Smackdown is Ellsworth. It's fun seeing him get mocked and try to act big, even against women.
I don't understand why there's two brands, when one of them sit on like 80% of the good talent.
