Every fighter is scared to fight their opponent for certain reasons, that's why they all train hard. Saying he's looking for a reason to not fight is bullshit, he's fought everybody in the world who were the best, and never dodged a fight. Saying one of the best fighters of all time is looking for a way out is a joke, he'd love to fight connor and beat him. There's no reason to fight if you don't think you're able to compete at your best, not only do you let yourself down but you let your fans down. These are things that you guys choose not to understand, unless you're a fan of the fighter. Aldo is not looking for a "way out", he wants to compete at his best, period.

if he really cared about fighting/beating conner. he wouldnt of pushed it to hard this close to the fight. its foolish to get injured at this point. i know blah blah u dont choose to get injured. but as you say. hes a pro. he should of factored it in.

Injuries happen so easily, especially ribs. If you don't think conor cared about beating aldo you're misinformed. That's the only thing on the planet he cares about right now. He wants to fight him more than anything, but not injured, i don't blame him.
