Cung Le no longer suspended from competing in the UFC because they hired the shittiest lab in China to do the tests. His HGH levels were falsely reported, apparently. And they took his blood right after the fight so no conclusive data could be taken anyway UFC should probably not hire a lab that's based in a garage next time

I'm glad they got rid of the suspension. They also didn't save the B sample, and that lab wasn't WADA acreddited/certified for HGH testing to begin with

UFC knew from the beginning Le wouldn't pass the test so they intentionally looked for a shady lab just so that later they can say "hey it was a shady lab let's not accept the result"
