Hit a great new low weight this morning!

I always weigh myself in the morning in boxers dehydrated from sleeping.

I was 217.4 which is pretty beastly for me.

Just need to cut 15 more pounds or so.

Did an hour of Muay Thai and an hour of wrestling tonight.

Got a good work out, hit pads with the coach which is always a good learning experience and hard work.

Might be fighting at Adrenaline on the 17th not sure.

Worked 16 hours today, still somehow made it to the gym.

Did back/triceps and 20 minutes HIIT.

Dying now, afk sleep soon.

Took yesterday off from diet/exercise instead of Sunday because my GF was in town.

Only did 30 minutes on the treadmill @3.5 MPH and 6 Incline. Back at the HIIT today.

Did a 33 minute run outside, didn't really keep track of the time during, just ran around till I felt like coming home.

Apparently took 33 minutes said my iPod.

Got class tonight at 5, then might lift before work at 11pm we'll see.

Had a rough fucking class tonight.

Did 40ish minutes of drills,bag work.

Did 45 minutes of sparring.

Did 15 minutes of circuit training.

Did about 20 minutes of BJJ grappling for submission, no gi.

Almost puked once or twice.

Also this just in, I am fighting on February 17th. 11 days notice YAY?

Fighting in London ON at Adrenaline. Stout and Hominicks club.
