So this Cung Le thing is getting interesting. I think his suspension should definitely be dropped. You basically have a bunch of standard protocols that were not followed, and the lab isn't even accredited to do testing for what they did. He should absolutely not be susended

I agree. I personally think he was on a bunch of stuff, but after reading that the UFC fucked almost everything up I think he cant be suspended. I hope they use it as a learning experience.

It is an independent arbitrator also so that should favor Le.

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if he was on stuff either, but man that whole testing thing was full of fuck ups.

I honestly feel like they are trying to do things for the better, they are just fucking it up. I do think it will get better though.

well they already said they will get a third party arbitrator... but there is no sanctioning body in Macau so they kind of had to be 'above the law'

Ever noticed how Ariel stopped asking any hard/annoying questions to Dana? Last time he did he got exiled basically...
And he will basically start yelling to any other reporter if they ask a question he doesn't like.

But kicking out a judge is a whole nother level... so yeah he does think rules don't apply to him and if Cung Le thinks they will let him win this case even though he would 100% win it in a actual court... he's crazy.
Ufc is never gonna allow that to happen.

I watch a ton of pressers and they ask constant stupid and hard questions. Some even piss him off, but he never freaks out at them.
