The first the punch hurt enough, just didn't wanna have it hit me a minute later like it can.

Anyone who has been hit in the sack knows that the adrenaline can sometimes stop the pain for a minute or two then you wanna collapse.

The second one really hurt it the most. The third didn't hit dead on but I felt it on my cup, this could have been due to the first two.

Doesn't really matter, I wrecked him regardless and I had a bit of gas in the tank to spare.

I think I hurt him with those flurries of uppercut, I have a powerful back uppercut and he took 4-5 unanswered.

Do you have a goal set for your weight? Are you just going to keep cutting and see what happens?

I think I'd like to hover around 200lbs.

Edit: The top of my right foot is still really sore, been trying to do lots of cardio but it hurts ugh.

Going to try some elliptical tonight see if it doesn't hurt as much as the treadmill.

Did a bunch of cardio at the gym last night. Was good, elliptical is much better for my foot.

Did 1 hour of kickboxing practice tonight, my foot is hurting still and I was kicking with it tonight.

Coach was yelling at me to kick harder but christ its killing me.

Going to be cutting my lifting in half. Down to 3 times week vs 6 times a week.

Going to be focusing those days on doing more HIIT cardio and getting down to 200lbs with better cardio.

Just found out that the Ref in my fight was Canadian Fighter Jesse Gross.

Adrenaline had Chris Horodecki running their corner to.

Its nothing special but they are definitely local celebrities.

Just did 20 minutes HIIT.

1 minute of speed walking.
2 minutes sprinting.

Did a total of 6 rounds of sprinting.
