There are definitely odds makers (people that set lines, bookies) and then public money will shift the line. Prime example Jake Paul vs Anderson Silva, they set the line too high for Paul at around -200 and public money steamed Silva to the favorite in a matter of like 2 days. They don't just have lines come out of thin air. I think they're a pickem now. Either way Gratz to Islam, I thought he would be around -250 so anything under that was a discount IMO. He looked -500, no denying or dismissing him now.
