I disagree. He lost to Machida (arguably) and Griffin before. He beat Chuck and Coleman who were already on their way out. Jones was the hot big thing at 205 at the time and I expected him to walk through Shogun as well. His size advantage was enormous.

- Serra vs GSP was a huge upset, but I couldn't appreciate it at the time as I just started watching.
- Griffin vs Jackson was a surprise.
- Bisping vs Rockhold is still one of my favourite KOs of all time and I never saw this coming.
- McGregor vs Aldo was crazy.
- So was McGregor vs Alvarez actually.
- I didn't see Pena vs Nunes coming, but that turned out to be a fluke.
- I wasn't too suprised by Edwards vs Usman, even put some money on Edwards, because Usman's stand up is quite sloppy. Still, I jumped out of my seat for this one.
- Nunes vs Cyborg was a big one.
- Both Rose's title wins were amazing too.

It's a great sport as long as these things keep happening once in a while.

And then Rose/Esparza LOL even though Esparza was only +200, everyone was acting like she was +700 and had no chance. What an upset/flop of a fight.

She can throw her first 2 punches properly , then she gets a little sloppy, super sloppy when she won, cuz she threw like 15 punches

She could have finished her for sure. Shit if that fight was in ONE they would have called it a TKO after the 3rd knockdown in a row, and there was more. Pena needs plastic surgery to fix that gash on her forehead lol that was an absolute smesh and she was def not close to submitting Nunes, they were so sloppy and sweaty at that point Nunes was just flowing control.. not a single moment of panic just domination. Showing that she was def compromised and injured going into their first fight, everything she said was true.

Not one of Amanda's former training partners or coaches said she was lying about her injuries and inability to train cardio going into their first fight. For the WMMA GOAT to leave her #1 gym and open her own facility would more than likely prompt her former coaches and gym to be upset and the perfect opportunity to claim her truths or lies, but not one person came out saying she was lying. By the performance she put on, it was clear to me she was previously injured. She did not take the smart and safe route, she pounded her on the feet and then dominates her on the ground. She looked a proper -1000 on their second fight.

I'd honestly just train penna to use her right hand
