My money will be on Makhachev. Oliveira does of course pose a great threat but imo, it will have to remain on the feet for his best chances.

Makhachev won't be afraid to go to the ground with him and will be able to dominate from top position. Most of Oliveira's success submitting the upper echelon of the LW division has come through setting it up through stand up and taking advantage of opponents whose game plan was clearly to avoid grappling like the plague. And that is what will set Makhachev apart from the rest.
