The odds change all the time and different sites have different odds, there are no "official" odds, users are free to accept, or dismiss the odds posters are asking for

I tried explaining this in another thread he tried to bomb and steal bets from and he is a bit dense about it so I left it be.

No official odds, but there are consensus odds out there. Most ppl taking the bad lines are casual bettors just looking for action, the person offering the line is looking for the casual bettor that doesn't care so much about odds. But it is def their choice.



This is true, but def felt bad for the ppl taking bets 1:3 Cannonier when the line closed at +405 (average over 10 sites)

I know if I was betting Cannonier, I would want max payout seeing as how it's prob not gonna hit and a sizeable risk.. When there's little value to be had w/ Izzy at -550, I guess the best way to make more fg is to give ppl a shit line

But everyone can def make up their own mind where to spend their fg, I see both sides.

Yeah for sure - I watch for BM bettors and avoid giving them any action regardless of how I feel about the fight. Its to spot the scum looking to hedge their bets.
