Tbh I just don’t think he realized how badly he was hurt. His nose must have been running like crazy, shit happens.

I would have preferred cerrone to take a full camp before fighting ferguson. 4 weeks notice after a 5 round fight with iaquinta wasnt the best idea, but it was his chance to get the last win he need to fight the champ next. I hope we get conor vs cerrone next. Both of them are still in the top 5 of the lw division

Dana would never risk to make an eliminator bout between conor and ferguson. Imagine if conor can't even earn a title shot using the regular route, by beating the best contender. So yes, better make a conor-cowboy and let ferg getting his title shot vs winner khabib-poirier

Cerrone deliberately blew his nose to quit the fight to avoid a beatdown. No way a veteran like him makes this kind of mistake. He tasted Tony's pressure, knew he was about to drown and will probably ask Dana not to book the rematch under the camouflage "Tony earned the title shot / I lost fair and square".

Armchair quarterback/keyboard warrior at its finest. Veterans in every sport make mistakes every time they compete. The best batters in baseball still miss balls, Messi still misses goals, Tom Brady still throws interceptions. Every aspect in life no matter how good you are, people make mistakes. It’s probably fairly easy when you’re that exhausted+ have taken a complete beating to make a mistake like blowing his nose. It’s fair to say he probably wasn’t in the right state of mind.

He needed to stop anyways. His corner should’ve thrown the towel in if the doctors didn’t stop it as it’s better to recover and fight another day than risk taking permanent damage.

Are you autistic? How can you not see the hyperbole? You want to hear "In my opinion it is unlikely..."? Nerd.
