To be fair, DC just proved he was the best in the world last night. Nobody is a better fighter than the man that can beat everyone at 205 and Heavyweight. Let's pretend jones is never coming back for that argument though.

Lesnar is a money fight yes, but to say that he isn't a legit contender after sitting through 15 minutes of bullshit by the number 1 guy is crazy talk. The heavyweight division is so weak that I really don't think Lesnar jumping in line is THAT big of a stretch.

Idk man, i never really thought of Lesnar as a legit contender. Just another freak show that is being pampered by the UFC in order for the company to make a ton of cash.
He is 5-3 and 1 no contest (because hes a cheater)
His biggest win imo being Shane Carwin which was a life time ago.
His last fight was against hunt but he cheated and before that a loss to overeem.
Not a legit contender to me.

I didnt say anything about overeem other than lesnar lost to him and in all fairness I would bet money that Lesnar was roided to the gills also.

I can't see Jones getting less than at least 2 years, might even get more due to second offense

a 2 year suspension would put him eligible in august 2019
