It probably has happened before. Just the first time I've noticed it lol. Seems kinda weird because he's probably going to be a future hall of famer and was one of the stars of the LHW division which was considered the premiere division of MMA for quite some time. He's probably just happy to still be fighting and doesn't really care.

Just had to check myself, you are absolutely right. What’s even more astonishing is that was his next fight. From champion to prelims, it was the “featured” prelim on a good card, but still, that’s gotta be the worst treatment to an ex champ ever.

And he won the belt on a Fight Night card. Lul, they abusing this guy.
