Stop putting retiries trying to relive the glory days as their main events and try grow their own stars, start promoting and building up their own fighters. When you take a former ufc star that's far past his prime and nake him headline a show over your champions, you're burning your own crop, they need to make their champions the main event and build more hype around those fights instesd of focusing so heavily on ex ufc fighters, its almost like admitting theu arent as good as the ufc.
The next thing they need to do is start branching out and pulling in stars from different aspects of martial arts, danis was a good start, but imagine if they could convince guys like gordon ryan or verhoeven to get in there and mix it up, they could draw in those niche audiences to boost ratings (and yes i know verhoeven is under zuffa contracts, it was just an example)
Thirdly, train these guys on the mic, it might be a fight, but if we're talking from a showbiz pov, trash talk sells, have a guy like sonnen work with some the promotion stars, hell, even script the stuff just to get the ball rolling
