Aren't there actual fighters with one arm? I think the ability to properly mentally process and consent to the danger you're putting yourself in is more important than the fact that you're handicapped in the fight itself. That said I don't know exactly how intelligent G money actually is, but if I had to pick one I'd say the cerebral palsy guy should be able to more than the g money.
