Boiler's the only one who can give you permission. You can't have a clear conscience pretending like you're not welching if you asked other people who weren't even a part of the bet for permission. Ask him and offer to pay in a different way somehow and if he says no then leave, or be a bitch and welch. What anyone else says is irrelevant. Especially the bald mexican.
